Refund Policy

3.1 Plexify offers both free and paid hosting services. Free accounts are subject to certain limitations as specified on our website.

3.2 For paid accounts, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the selected hosting plan. Payment details, including billing cycle and payment methods, will be outlined during the account setup process

3.3 Plexify offers a 14-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or account activation

3.4 To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via billing. Refund requests made after the 14-day timeframe will not be eligible for consideration.

3.5 Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which may include deductions for any discounts, promotions, or transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase.

3.6 The refund policy does not apply to domain name registrations, VPS Services, or any other non-refundable services.

3.7. Plexify reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms.

3.8. Services located in Tampa, Florida or Miami, Florida [USA], are non-refundable after purchase as it is considered a final payment.

4.2 Plexify reserves the right to remove or suspend any content that violates these terms or infringes upon the rights of others.

5.1 Plexify provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.

5.2 Plexify does not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 In no event shall Plexify be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.2 Plexify's total liability, regardless of the cause of action, shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the services during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Termination

7.2 Upon termination, Plexify may delete all your data and content from its systems, and you will no longer have access to the services.
